I cannot seem to download ringtones.  I go to the website via my laptop and purchase my ringtone.  I get the text msg and click on the link for my ringtone.  My browser opens and is "locating" ...nothing happens.  Then it beeps and tells me that the connection was lost.  I never have a problem with my internet access except when trying to download ringtones.  Please help!!!
