I've had my Q9h for almost a month, and I just noticed the video feature (taking video with the phone) is not working. I took it in today, and they agree - it's not working. They suggested I sync to my PC and then do a master reset. My question is (I don't really trust their answer), will syncing to my PC and then back after the master reset restore 1) applications I have downloaded, 2) ringtones, 3) personal settings (such as specific ringtones for specific contacts)? (I otherwise sync "over the air"). Thanks for your help - I'm not going to do anything until I hear from you.
