For us independent business owners, wouldn't it be great if there was a way to customize an answer tone. This way when someone is waiting for you to answer the phone you can be advertising your business as they wait! For example for them to visit your website, or new products, anything you want to highlight! If anyone feels this would be beneficial to them please forward this on to them. Right now this doesn't exist, and the only way to make this happen is to voice our opinion in these forums!! Please respond or make new posts concerning this! There is power in numbers!!!
